Fundamental

Our FUNDAMENTAL course is designed to prepare the body for any further professional activities. If you only starting with YOGA this course would be the best fit for you. It excludes the risk of injuries, adapts the body and mind for much more difficult exercises & creates the base on which you can build anything you need.

FOR PRO DANCERS. WHY? If you already concluded one of our preparation programs you are familiar with the concept of taper & recovery weeks. During those processes it is reasonable to lower the intensity of your complementary trainings, so that you give your body time to develop yet still progressing.

*The maximum allowance of 2 person per session helps us focus on your personal shape | strategy | needs.

Advanced

More exercises. More volume. More stretching. In our ADVANCED course you are: staying longer in the uncomfortable, doing deeper stretching & adding more days of workouts! The intensity level is rising & the general complexity is on the non-beginner level.

Athletic

It’s not only in GYM you sweat. Fast transitions between poses & zero interval between exercises will make you think that lifting weights would have been much easier choice. The strength you gain during our ATHLETIC course is not superficial — you train the inside muscles that most people never heard of, which improves your balance like most used exercises will never do.

PRO Dancers

Specific mix of exercises to improve your dancing techniques & looks. Made for dancers ONLY!

Includes active and static stretching & strength and balancing exercises that are specifically designed for developing needed in Latin [dancing] skills & features.
