  • Learn how to hold legs high.

  • Feel the importance of muscle activation in stretching.

  • Get in the habit of stretching on a daily basis.

  • Improve strength to hold new volume.

Whether you're a dancer, latin or ballroom, or you operate in any other artistic sport or environment, you will see a noticeable improvement in your lines on and off the floor/carpet/stage.

This is a short program that takes only 20-25 minutes of your time  and can be done before or after your regular training.

THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • 30-exercise leg flexibility and toe-point training.

REOUIRED EQUIPMENT:

• Yoga blocks and carpet.

*Please get your body warm 10 min before starting the lesson.
