Introducing the ‘LegFlex’ Ultra program, a comprehensive 12-week regimen designed to enhance strength and flexibility in dancer's legs. This program focuses on targeting specific areas such as the hamstrings, hip flexors, quadriceps, adductors, and glutes through a series of stretching exercises. Additionally, lower leg conditioning is included to improve calf muscles, shin muscles, ankle plantar flexion (toe pointing), and ankle dorsiflexion (foot flexing). Elevate your dance performance!
