Obviously, our desire to train competitors, athletes & future stars is infinite.

Unfortunately, our time is extremely limited — we are active dancers!

However, we came up with another possibility to help all those hard workers who applied for our programs!

Want to hear about the solution? Here it is!

On our UCP & CP programs we have 2 weekly online meetings with our dancers, where we explain how the system works, comment on the earlier sent plan, show them how to do certain exercises, answer questions & etc.

Because of the high demand we added a VIRT version — an offline version! If you are experienced enough, if you simply couldn’t get on time to our UCP & CP PRIMARY LIST, that would be just a fit for you!

The plan stays the same. You receive your personal schedule with clear instructions, but instead of online meetings, you have screen demonstration of your current sessions. Clearly, you will miss the interruption with us, but you get same full program & same detailed plan, as well as you can do sessions at any time you like!

PROGRESSING LATIN TECHNIQUE class (PLT) — is the FIRST & ONLY Progressive Technique classes for talented latin dancers who wish to take their training to the next level.

Do you want to talk or do you want to train?

Our programs aren’t easy. They’re tough on body and mind and aren’t for everyone. They make you faster, better, smarter. All our programs have rules.

We include nutrition suggestion not for fun — that’s the rule you have to follow.

Don’t start if you ain’t aiming to finish.

If you don’t give your best effort you won’t get your best results.

Read instructions. Read our subject lectures. Do thinking before and after training sessions, not during.

Competitive dancing is an art form of its own, it requires overall education, knowledge on a subject, competitiveness, talent, character, unstoppable desire to become the best. Our lectures are made with that in mind and are essential if one want’s to complete our preparation programs.

Skill work is not the same as physical conditioning. We separate those two subjects and therefore our level of interference with your teacher’s techniques equals ZERO.

Our programs help you schedule training sessions — gym, stretching, dance practices and etc. — so it brings out your absolute best.

After completing our UCP program you will be ready for any competition, camp or a lesson anywhere on the planet. You can then adjust it for next seasons or for your students.
